Return/Refunds
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@saintsandivy.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you have we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be provided a STORE CREDIT
The return shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit amount

Damages and Issues
Although we stand by our quality, manufacturer defects are possible occasionally. Please inspect your order upon reception. Please send an email to info@saintsandivy.com within 72 hours with your order number and detailed photos, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions /Non- Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or holidays items.
Exchanges
If an exchange is needed, we will happily assist with this as long as we have the product on hand. Please email us if you have any inquires about exchanges.
